Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50 (c) (1) (i), Texas Utilities Generating Company, on behalf of Texas Utilities Electric Company the lead Applicant and agent for the other Applicants, Texas Municipal Power Agency, Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. and Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc., herewith submits Amendment 54 of the Final Safety Analysis Report.
