November 15th 1857 Reducing reactor power via recirc flow due to CHWT exceeding 2436.

Core Thermal Heat Balance per formed by STA per HtP-2-90Gl.

Increa sing load back to 100 %.

Novembe r 16 th 2108 Load reduction to repair ' valve 2N38-F233D (2nd stage drain tank valve to 4th stage 'B' high pressure heater) holding load at approximately 58%.

November 17th 035 7 Raactor _ scram due to recirc pump -

'2B' running away in speed.

November 18th 0539- Generator tied back to line.

0900 Problem with 2N21-F110 valve (Feedwater Level Motor Operated ,

l Valve) discovered and being 1

( inveatigated.

l 1200 Repairs on 2N21-F110 Feedwater valve ha"e been completed.

1315 Recirc Pump 'A' speed increa si ng. APO tripped scoop tube & ran controller back when I l

pump reached 15,000 GPM.

I While investigating 'SJAE 'A', a problem. with Auxiliary Drain Tank l flooding was discovered.

0158 Rod pattern adjustment being performed.

November 29 th 0617 Reactor scram on low water level indication. Scram was due to valve isolation mistake on Safety Parameter Di splay System.

84-5474 09 84 Removed RHRSW ' B' pump from intake and installed new column bolts. Torqued bolts to 230 ft. lb. Reinstalled pump and motor in intake and wired motor leads. Ref. DCR 84 -268.
