Transmitted herewith, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), is issue 3, Rev!3 ion 0 of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Nuclear Security Training and Qualification Plan. We are reissuing the entire Plan largely due to a consolidation of crucial functions in section 7.0, deletion of definitions already covered in the Physical Security Plan, and clarification of organizational responsibilities associated with the Training and Qualification Program. We have reviewed the changes embodied in Issue 3, Revision 0 and determined that they do not reduce the effectiveness of the Plan or the overall Nuclear Security Program at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.
A Summary of Changes for issue 3, Revision 0 is provided to facilitate NRC review.
