Amendment Application Nos. 160 and 144, Barrier Control Program, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 Enclosed is the probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) methodology committed to in Amendment Application Nos. 160 and 144 (Reference). These amendment applications institute a new risk based Barrier Control Program.
This PRA methodology will be used to support the allowed outage times in the Licensee Controlled Specification implementing the Barrier Control Program.
