Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference A, and an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference B. At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by March 20, 1985. Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now ex-pected that this-information will be finalized by April 5, 1985, at which time a complete report will be submitted.
