Dear Judge Kelley,
Per the conference cal'1 of 3-21-85 I have looked at the Staff's " answers" to my interrogatories served on them 4 February 1985.
They do not appear to be very responsive.
They do not indicate what documents or information, other than in a couple orI&Ereports,I&EhasregardingChanVanVoangggissafgtg.
They do not seem to indicate that I&E even
, for concerns.
Since I have already filed a motion to compel, this is written notice that I have been unable to reach agreenent with the Staff concerning these matters, and I would request the motion be acted on, given the scanty nature of the response received, as described above.
I have tried to reach Staff counsel by phone to discuss this, but they haire not been in the office the end of last weeks and did not return my call by phoning April 1 as far as I know.
