Dear Mr. Schwencer:
This is in response to NRC Staff reviewer, Mr. Bill Kennedy's questions regarding the schedule for resubmittal of the revised E0P Writer's guide and incorporating all changes committed to in IP letter U-0755 dated October 24, 1984.
Illinois Power will submit the revised E0P Writer's Guide and a revi.2 ion of the Emergency Procedure Guidelines by July 30, 1985. This should support completion of these items prior to fuel load so that operator training can be completed.
It is our understanding that the above commitments should resolve the NRC Staff concerns regarding the scheduled dates for submittal of the E0P Writer's Guide and the revised Emergency Procedure Guidelines.
