The purpose of this correspondence is to clarify our intentions and resolve any confusion regarding the schedule for the proposed modifications to the Control Room HVAC at Oyster Creek.
In our correspondence on this subject dated April 8, 1983, we stated that our interim modifications were scheduled for completion during our Cycle 11 refueling outage. At the present time, we have completed our Cycle 10 refueling outage. A description of the interim modifications was provided in our submittal dated October 8, 1982. The final control room modifications, which are required by NUREG-0737 III.D.3.4, will be accomplished during the Cycle 12 refueling outage.

. Also, in your letter of February 22, 1984, additional information was requested to complete your review of the Oyster Creek Control Room Habitability. At the present time, there is insufficient detailed design infnrmation available to respond to this request.
It is anticipated that these design details will be provided to you by April 30, 1985.
