Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
The corrective action for the subject deficiency involved a complete audit of Unit 2 operators for possible VNO designs in NO. external wiring applications.
The results of thic audit were to have been provided to you by January 1, 1985.
Our investigations have recently been focused on Unit 1 which had priority-in terms of scheduling and manpower. We are proceeding with the Unit 2 audit and will forward the results to you by February 1, 1985.
