Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Docket No. 50-220 DPR-63 Gentlemen:
Our letter of February 7, 1985 requested confirmation that the Nine Mile Point Unit 1 full scale emergency preparedness exercise date of November 20, 1985 was acceptable with your office. Subsequent events have caused schedule conflicts for some of the participating parties.
Therefore, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation requests that the date of this exercise be rescheduled for November 13, 1985.
This rescheduled date has been agreed upon by the State of New York, County of Oswego, the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and members of your staff.
Please provide formal confirmation that this rescheduled emergency preparedness exercise date is acceptable. As indicated in our previous letter, we plan to meet the milestones recommended in the October 26, 1981 letter.
