Dear Ms. Diggs:
By letter dated January 10, 1985, you advised Georgia Power Company that fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 (of the March 23, 1978 Iegulations) were not remitted in our submittal of August 12, 1983 transmitting inservice inspection programs for WC Ieview and approval.
We concur with the
. determination that a Class III fee ($4,000) and a Class -I fee ($400) are appropriate since the review involved consideIntion of a single safety issue and a duplicate unit.
Enclosed herein is our remittance of $4,400.00.
