Pursuai,. to Technical Specifications 6.9.1.1, enclosed is the Unit 2.
Cycle 3 Startup Report. Unit 2 achieved Criticality for Cycle 3 on May 5, 1996.
Cycle 3 contains the first batch of Siemens Power Corporation fuel for Unit 2.
This enclosure describes the Siemens fuel nuclear and mechanical design parameters.
