Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

It was stated in the final report, dated December 4,1984, on Significant Deficiency No. 413-414/84-03, that corrective action has been implemented on the Unit 2 diesels.

We regret that this statement was made in error. The inspection of the fuci pump drives for loose hubs on the Unit 2 diesels will be completed and the results forwarded to you by January 15, 1985.'

Additionally, "Locktite 680" rather than Locktite "609" was used in the inspection of the Unit 1 drives; it will also be used in the inspection of the Unit 2 drives.

Very truly yours, M
