Although this subject deficiency was closed out in Inspection Report No.

50-413/84-94; 50-414/84-41, we have identified two additional valves which require T-Drain installation.

Valve INW105B has been modified and valve 2NWO35A is being modified. Additionally, the Valve Data Base will be noted for each valve requiring a T-Drain.
