Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Pursuant to 10CFR50, Appendix J, Section V.B. and Oyster Creek Technical Specifications 4.5.H and 6.9.3.b, please find enclosed a summary technical report entitled, " Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Oyster Creek, 1984". The report contains the methodology utilized to perform the primary containment Type A test of twenty four hour duration and the four hour supplemental verification test conducted with satisfactory results on the dates of September 12-14, 1984 Type B and C local leak rate test results are also presented.
In addition, the results of secondary containment capability testing are included in accordance with Technical Specification 4.5.J.4.
