Dear Mr. Denton:
On January 8, 1985, Duke Power Company submitted the Inservice Inspection Plan for the Catawba Nuclear Station. This document described the ISI program including applicable codes and standards, inspection methods and components to be examined. As noted in the Table of Contents of the Plan, the detailed inspection plans for each unit are in preparation and would be issued at a later date. This is to advise that the detailed inspection plan for Unit I will be submitted for NRC Staff review by May 31, 1985 and six months after fuel load for Unit 2.
