Dear Mr. Denton:
On November 24, 1981, the NRC amended Construction Permit No. CPPR-117 to include Piedmont Municipal Power Agency (PMPA) as a co-owner of Catawba Unit 2.
This is to advise that.on Decem5er 20, 1984 Duke Power Company completed,the sale of a 257. undivided ownership of Catawba Unit 2 to PMPA.
The Catawba Nuclear Station License Application document will be revised in the near future to reflect the change in ownership.
