Re-analysis of restraint performed to ensure that appropriate safety factors are maintained. Unit re-turned on line 02-10-85.

CH PUMPXX Unit was at 100% power when heater drain pumps tripped due to low heater drain tank level while removing level control valve at discharge of heater drain pump from service. Low level was due to drain tank level control valve to the con-denser being stuck shut, thereby permitting drain tank level to rise.

The valve was freed causing a rapid drop in level, thus causing the pumps i

CH PUMPXX to trip. Unit load was decreased to 85% power to compensate. Level control valves were subsequently returned to normal' problem free operation. Return to full load was delayed due to the transient causing secondary chemistry problems.

Con-densate polisher demineralizers were regenerated allowing cleanup of the secondary water. Unit returned to full load.
