Dear Mr. Miller:
Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications dnd Offsite Dose Calculation Manual The Omaha Public Power District submitted Reference (2) to resolve the out-standing issues of the subject documents.
Subsequently, discussions were held between the District and the Commission to resolve questions that had been raised regarding the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM).
The purpose of this letter is to supply pages of the ODCM that changed as a result of the discussions with the NRC Project Office.
Please find attached the changed pages of the ODCM to be incorporated into Reference (2).
The changes provide clarification for various effluent mon-itor setpoint calculations, additional information in various tables and a USAR reference for effluent treatment systems. The changes are indicated by vertical lines in the right hand margin and do not change the intent of the ODCM.
