Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter proposes changes to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications, ELC0 8.1.2 (Radioactive Liquid Effluent), ELC0 8.1.3 (Reactor Building Sump Effluent), and ESR 8.1.2 (Radioactive Liquid Effluent). These changes are for clarity only, and do not change the intent of the specifications.
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 170, an amendment fee of
$150.00 is attached.
