An affidavit setting forth the grounds in support of this request is attached hereto.

The home telephone numbers and home addresses in the Documents should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that disclosure of the home telephone numbers and home addresses of the employees of the Company and emergency support personnel could constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individuals involved, disclosure of the work telephone numbers of the l Company's employees and of the emergency response personnel and I '
