Region II has completed an evaluation of the New York Radiological Emergency H
Response Plan site-specific to the Nine Mile Point / James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Station. This evaluation has been accomplished in accordance with the provisions of section 350.11. ~ Pursuant to section 350.12 FEMA
. intends to make a finding and determination with respect to the status of plans and preparedness in the vicinity of the Nine Mile Point / James A.
l Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Station by January 31, 1985.
The following attachments are for your review and discussion with members of your organization who are directly involved in Regional Assistance Comittee (RAC) activity. Attachment A is a copy of the Regional Evaluation; Attachment B is a copy of the September 30, 1981, Post-Exercise Evaluation; Attachment C t
is a copy of the October 29, 1982, Exercise Evaluation; Attachment D is a copy of the December 23, 1983, Exercise Evaluation; Attachment E is a copy of the FEMA evaluation of the State / County remedial action responses relating to exercises; and Attachment F is a copy of the RAC Review of the New l
York State and Oswego County plans; and the State's response to the RAC review. Due to excessive volume, the actual plan, exercise scenarios, transcript of the public meeting, and other relevant, materials are not attached. They are available for your review in Room 506, Federal Center Plaza, 500 C Street, S.W.
