Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
My letter of April 30, 1984, concerning the subject Deficiency, stated that the corrective action for Unit 2 would be completed by November 1,1984. Late delivery of the equipment to tne site has delayed the completion of this work.
Also, because inspections are to take place prior to provisional turnover, certain construction procedures are being revised to better document and control the installation and inspection of these items.
All work will thus be completed by February 1,1985.
