SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE September 1984 Indian Point Unit 2 remained shutdown during the' entire report period for the 10 Year Inservice Inspection'/ Refueling Outage.

Steam Genenerator inspection, maintenance and repair activities were completed on. September 26.

'100% of the tubes were inspected this outage. Tube plugging was accomplished remotely. with the use of a robot avoiding-a considerable amount ~of radiation exposure.

Pressurization for. the vapor containment building intehated leak rate test was initiated on September 16.. - The. test was successfully concluded on September 20.
