I am enclosing at the Licensing Board's request four cussettes which contain the recorded conversations of the meetings held on November 10 cnd 11, 1983 between rep-j resentatives of Texas Utilities and Oliver B.
Cannon & Son, Inc.
It is my understanding that these tapes form the basis for the final transcript of these meetings.

The enclosed cassettes are copies of the ones referred to in my October 18 letter.
I understand that the quality of the recorded conversations is poor.
This result is undoubtedly due to the inadequacies of the equipment used to record the sessions.
