-This letter will confirm yesterday's discussion with Ms.
Ginsberg of the Atomic Safety and' Licensing Board concerning docu-ments produced under cover of my November 8 letter to the Board and parties.
Mr. Lipinsky's weekly activity _ summaries (item 9 of
. Attachment A to my-November 8 letter) were sanitized to exclude matters unrelated to the Comanche Peak case.
For example, notes regarding Mr. Lipinsky's activities on the Zimmer and Hope Creek projects were excised..
Mr.
Michel's weekly activity summaries relevant to Comanche Peak were typed on a separate sheet (item 10 of Attachment A to my November 8 letter).
This action was necessary because these items were highlighted with a yellow marking pen on the original.
Xerox copies of yellow highlight show up in black and the text is illegible.
Hence, item 10 was produced for discovery purposes.
