Dear Mr. Keppler:
In our final report, dated September 7, 1984, concerning Brown Boveri Electric 480 Volt AC Circuit Breakers, we stated that corrective action would include procurement of the necessary solid state trip devices and that installation would be completed by October 30, 1984.
The procurement documents for the purchase of the solid state trip devices were prepared, approved and released to Brown Boveri Electric August 31, 1984.
Brown Boveri Electric is currently assembling the order.
It is now anticipated that all actions required for resolution of this problem will be completed by January 25, 1985.
