Correction.
SUMMARY
This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal Register on April 16, 1996 (61 FR 16649), that states that the Commission is considering issuance of an amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-35 and NPF-52, issued to the Duke Power Company.
This action is necessary to change the filing date.
