In accordance with the Licensing Board's order, I am enclosing the prefiled testimony of Messrs. Roth, Trallo, Norris and Lipinsky.
The brief requested by the Licensing Board on the question of Mr. Lipinsky's right to assert attorney-client privilege with respect to certain documents is also enclosed.
Thes'e papers are being filed today from Philadelphia.
Copies will be hand-delivered to the Licensing Board and parties on November 6.
I also plan to produce the additional documents referred to in the most recent conference call at that time.
The notices of appearance filed by Mr. Thornton and me stated that we were representing Oliver B. Cannon
