Dear Judges Smith,
Wolfe, and Linenberger:
We have received what purports to be the Final Summary Report which arrived under of the Reconstituted OARP Review Committee, letter of February 19, 1985, from Licensee to the Board.
This is i
.a peculiar and inappropriate fil ng.
The OARP Committee has had its opportunity to present evidence in this proceeding, and it has done so at great length.
This is nothing more than an attempt to supplement and reaf firm the Committee's prior testimony.
To the extent that it reiterates previous testimony, it does not qualify as new information that should be sent to the Board, and to the extent that it includes new information, it is provided to the Board without following established procedures for reopening the record.
For these reasons, we request that the Board strike this filing and return it to Licensee.
At a minimum, it must not be considered by the Board.
Sincerely, f
A Af y
