'5863 1/7/85 CVCS Cat-Ion Inlet Diaphragm leak. Replaced valve diaphragm.

Valve 389 5394 1/8/85 Boric Acid Transfer Lubricating oil leak. Replaced with spare pump.

Pump 31 5218 .1/10/85 Fuel Storage Building. Limit switch does not operate. Replaced wiring and repaired 55' Sliding Door existing limit switch.

5901 1/15/85 Service Water Strainer trips on overload. Replaced overloads and Zurn Strainer 31 tightened fuse clips.

5903 .1/17/85 Charging Pump 32 Pump seal leak. Replaced discharge valve l cover gasket and cylinder head cover gasket.

Investigation

found an'~ ~ electrical' ground had developed in the coil of solenoid valve
b. ~1195.D Since SOV-1195 is powered by Instrument Bus #32, the ground caused a 4

. voltage ; drop . on : Instrument Bus . f32. In an attiempt to restore normal

v'oltage .to . Bus #32, the_ control room _ operator mistakenly switched

. instrument-Bus #31 to the back-up power. The momentary voltage drop as Bus

  1. 31 was: switched:to back-up, caused safeguards bistables to trip. The unit was restored to' service on January 23 at 0758 hours0.00877 days <br />0.211 hours <br />0.00125 weeks <br />2.88419e-4 months <br />.
