Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.132 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, ~ Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16 request changes to Appendix A of that license.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request incorporates NUREG 0737 required accident monitoring instrumentation as identified by Generic Letter No. 83-36 and will revise sections 3.13 and 4.13.
In addition, this Technical Specification Change Request provides clarification and consistency between all accident monitoring instrumentation.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved by Responsible Technical and Independent Safety Reviewers in accordance with Technical Specification section 6.5.
A check for $150.00 to cover the fee required for the review of our application for the Technical Specification Change Request has been provided.
