Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 128 In accordance with 10CFR50.59, 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests changes to Appendix A of that license.

The subject Technical Specification Change Request involves section 6.5.3.1. It will require that the Fire Protection Program be audited every 24 months and that the activities required by the Operational QA Plan be audited every 24 months. This change will make the Oyster Creek Tech. Specs. consistent with the TMI Tech. Specs. in this section.

This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed in accordance with section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.

Pursuantto10CFR50.91(b)(1),acopyofthisTechnicalSpecification Change Request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
