Inservice Testing Interval Please find enclosed a' copy of the original' Standard Technical Specifications for Unit 1.
As I explained to you over the phone on February 12, our actual inservice test interval for Unit 1, in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Section 50.55a(g), began on September 8, 1978. The ten year interval.would therefore expire on September 8, 1988. Therefore, we feel this adds additional infor-mation supporting our exemption request.
We will formalize this with a letter later. Call me if you have any questions.
