This letter is a Supplemental response to IE Bulletin 84-02 which concerns-failures of GE type HFA relays in use in class IE Safety Systems. By a letter dated July 13, 1984,- Duke provided an initial response to. this Bulletin for0conee Nuclear Station.

In this letter you were informed that Duke's review addressing the generic concerns expressed in the Bulletin was still in progress and would be provided shortly after completion of the

'invehtigation. This letter provides the results of our investigation.
