PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY 2301 MARKET STREET P.O. BOX 8699 PHILADELPHIA. PA.'19101
- V. S. BOY ER CR. VICE PRESIDENT February 5, 1985 NUCLE AR POWER
~
Mr. A.
Schwencer, Chief Licensing Branch #2 Division of Licensing U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C.
20555
Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Recent conversations with NRC personnel, R. Martin and F. Cantor, have indicat.ed a desire for a cross-reference between the LGS off-site Radiological Emergency Response Plans submitted to FEMA in December 1983, and the most recent drafts (updated with change pages you may have previously received) of the plans i
referenced in letters from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency to the Federal Emergency Management Agency and from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to FEMA.
This index has been completed and is in the form of a copy of each plan with revisions being underlined in the text.
The revisions are made based on comments contained in reports of the 1984 informal FEMA RAC review, and the annual and supplemental exercises held in 1984.
Some revisions also result from evolving local planning efforts.
A listing of the most recent draft number is provided for information.
We request that the NRC staff supplement its memorandum of December 26, 1984 (E. L. Jordan to R. W. Krimm) with a request to FEMA to review the updated indexed plans which are being transmitted herewith.
Three sets of the updated plans are being sent under separate cover, with the understanding that the MRC will provide a set to FEMA National.
Additional copies have been sent under separate cover to Mr. J. Asher, FEMA Region III, as discussed with Mr. Cantor.
