During the. testimony of Mr. John J. Norris on January 7, 1985,-'Mr. Norris stated in response to one of my questions that the statement indicating the expiration'date of the notary's commission was.not required.with respect to affidavits executed in Texas. (Tr.
23181)
Mr. Norris discovered later-that this advice was incorrect, and his letter of January 16, 1985 (copy attached) so states.
Although the matter is not material, I. request that Mr. Norris'
. testimony be considered clarified in the interest of an accurate record.
