Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 20 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan. Revision 20 is submitted as the overall resolution of Nuclear Security concerns expressed to Duke Power Company by you and your staff and reflects the Duke Power Company commitments and responses agreed upon by Region II and Duke Power Compdny during the recent past.
Specifically " Degraded Standby Shutdown Facility Operations" and " Security Access Areas" are addressed in this plan revision.
Illustrations (MSP-15-00, 01 and 02) as referenced on page 15.1-1, paragraph 15.1 of the attached plan revision will be submitted at a later date. Revision 20 do6s not decrease the effectiveness of the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at McGuire Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
