North Atlantic linergy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has enclosed License Amendment Request 92 04.
This License Amendm<.at Request is submitted pursuant to 10CFit$0.90 and is distributed pursuant to 10CFR50.4 This l.icense Amendment Request proposes changes to the Seabrook Station Technical Specifications to revise the current requirement for the Operations Manager to hold a senior reactor operator license. The proposed Technical Specification will require the Operations Manager to either hold or have held a seni tr reactor operator license at Seabrook Station.
The requirement for the Assistant Operations Manager to maintain a senior reactor operator license would remain unchanged. This proposed chand will enhance the effective operation of the facility by enabling the Operations M anager to devote more attention to the managerini responsibilities of hi. poriition and to ensuring that the Station is operated safely and in accordance with the requirements of the Scabrook Station Operating License.
L.icense Amendment Request 92 04 has been icviewed.and approved by the Station Operr.' ion Review Committee and the Nuclear safety Aedit Review Committee.
As discussed in the enclosed License Amendment Request,Section V, the proposed changes '. ave been determined not to involve a significant hazards consideration pursuant to the standards of 10CFR50,92 A copy of this letter and the encloser: " icense Amendment Request have been forvarded to the State of New llampshire State Lia. au Officer pursucnt to 10'JFR50.91(b).
