OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION SEPTEMBER 1992 L

REDUCED POWER OPERATION WAS EXPERIENCED FOR THE PERIOD OF SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH SEE3cMBER 11.

POWER WAS REDUCEO JULY 30-31 DUE TO A DERATE BECAUSE OF A LOCA ANALYSIS ERROR.

REFERENCE LER 92-013 FOR A DISCUSSION OF THE ANALYSIS ERROR.

THE REACTOR WAS SHUTDOWN ON SEPTEMBER 11 iHROUGH SEPTEMBER 15 TO IMPLEMENT A DESIGN CHANGE TO ADDRESS THE CPNCERNS OF LER 92-013.

A CAPACITY FACTOR OF 77.9% WAS ACHIEVED-FOR THE MONTH.
