Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Our response to Part 1 of Violation No. 413/84-44-01, 414/84-21-01 stated tbat certain corrective actions on R-6a no. 670 would be complete by October 1, 1984. The review of equipment maintenance records has been completed on time. However, two Non-comformances (NCIh) were identified in this review and additional time is needed to resolve these items. These NCI's will be resolved by November 1, 1984.
