Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.129 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests a change to the Technical Specifications.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request incorporates the requirements as cominitted to in the Integrated Plant Safety Assessment Report l
(NUREG-0822) and in response to IE Bulletin 82-03.
In addition, this should close out Technical Specification Change Request No. 62, submitted on May 3, l
l' /8, that was never issued as an amendment by the Commission.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved by Responsible Technical and Independent Safety Reviewers in accordance with Technical Specification section 6.5.
A check for $150.00 is attached to cover the fee required for the review of our application for this Technical Specification Change Request.
