Dear Mr. Reynolds:

This is in further response to your letter 6f January 20, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents regarding the 1977 Nuclear Services Corporation audit of Pullman Power Products, the prime piping contractor for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.

Since our June 8, 1984 administrative close-out of this F0IA request, the staff has uncovered additional documents which are subject to the request.

The documents listed on Appendix A are enclosed.

The documents listed on Appendix B are already publicly available in the NRC's Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.

The accession number is indicated beside each document description.

You may obtain copies of these documents by calling 202-634-3273 or writing directly to the PDR.

The charge for copying records maintained at the PDR is five cents per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a). Upon your agreement to pay the copying charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be copied by a private contractor servicing the PDR.

You will be billed by the private contractor for copying charges, plus tax and postage.

Also enclosed is a compilation of documents which Region V provided to our office.

Those items with "X" marks were not provided to you in any of the NRC's previous responses to you.

Please let us know if you wish to receive any of those documents.
