Please find attached a revision to the response to Violation No. 413/84-33-01; 414/84-19-01 concerning corrective steps to avoid further violations. This supplemental information addresses the corrective actions scheduled for Unit 2.
Full compliance has been met for Unit 1.

-ICS-A 20 will be revised to state.that the control ~ air: tubing between nuclear-Jsafety related' solenoid valves and valve-actuators for active nuclear safety related pneumatic valves is nuclear safety related and that the addition of
-components not shown on the installation detail is prohibited. The control air tubing shall be inspected for compliance to this criteria and to assure that'no physical damage has occurred to-the tubing and components between the a
solenoid valve and actuator.
i All design documents have been revised to cover the requirements for Unit 2 work on this item.. Based.on the_ timing of the implementation of these revisions,

construction work and QC/QA inspections will be accomplished in accordance with-current Unit 2 schedules.
The required QA/QC inspections for Unit 2 have not been completed to date. As j

discussed above, 2RN291 will be re-tubed and inspected in accordance with the revised requirements.
