With all CEA's operable, CEA insertion beyond the Long Term insertion Limits is l restricted to:

Reduce reactor power to the allowed power of the Power Dependent insertion Limit Figure of the COLR which permits continued operation above the Transient insertion Limit using the existing CEA group position.
