COMPOSIT10N ha e PORC shall be composed of^s x members, who shall be appointed in writing by the Plant Manager from senior experienced onsite individuals, at the manager lovel or equivalent, repres inting each of the following disciplines: engineering, operations, shomistry, health physics, quality assurance / quality control and usintenance. The quality assurance / quality

- control representatives shall not be appointed as PORC Chairman.
