Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are proposed additions and revisions tc the current Byron.1 Technical Specifications.'These new specifications are necessary for the issuance of the Technical Specifications.which will-be incorporated into the Byron full-power operating licenses.

Prompt NRC: review is ~ requested.
These changes were discussed with the NRC Staff at a' meeting in Bethesda on-January 28, 1985.
The attached specifications make revisions found to be necessary during the startup test program.
Each attachment contains
