Dear Con.cerned ?ublic Officer:
Would you want a nuclear pcVer plant with a cracked slab in your neighborhood?
We don't and we don't think ycu veuld eith'er.
Waterferd 3 has a cracked slab!
Will the slab crack and result in a Louisiana disaster?
Even a low probability is too high a pessibility.
Once Waterford 3 is fueled, the censumer vill be assigned the responsibility for paying for Waterford 3, cracked slab and all.
They could be paying for their own destruction.
If the crack in the slab propagates, the plant vill have to be shut down.
Then the customers of. LP&L vill have to pay not only for the construction, but also for the dismantling of Waterford 3 Why should the customer have to pay for the' mistakes of. L?&L canagement?
