Would you want a nuclear pcVer plant with a cracked slab in your neighborhood? We don't -

and we don't think ycu veuld eith'er. Waterferd 3 has a cracked slab! Will the slab crack and result in a Louisiana disaster? Even a

, low probability is too high a pessibility.

Once Waterford 3 is fueled, the censumer vill

, be assigned the responsibility for paying for Waterford 3, cracked slab and all. They -

could be paying for their own destruction.

If the crack in the slab propagates, the plant vill have to be shut down. Then the customers of. LP&L vill have to pay not only for the

• construction, but also for the dismantling of Waterford 3 Why should the customer have to pay for the' mistakes of. L?&L canagement?
