Dear Mr. Hanson:
By letter dated December 11, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19345F139), you requested use of an alternative to American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), "Code for Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants," 2012 Edition with no Addenda. Specifically, you requested the use of Code Case OMN-13, "Performance-Based Requirements for Extending Snubber Inservice Visual Examination Interval at LWR Power Plants," Revision 2, at Clinton Power Station, Unit 1.
Subsequently, by letter dated March 26, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20086J027), you withdrew the request.
The NRC staff acknowledges Exelons request to withdraw the application. The NRC staffs review of the application has ceased and EPID L-2019-LLR-0110 is closed.
