Enclosed are five (5) copies of the Modified Amended Security Plan for the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1.
The purpose of this submittal 23,*1977 to incorporate the various is to update the plan submitted on.May amendments that have resulted from discussions with members of your staff.
This plan is submitted as a proprietary document in'accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 2.790(d) and is, therefore, exempt from public disclosure.
. e have~ included a supplement to this plan which identifies certain W
itema of hardware which will not be installed until the end of this calendar year.
Compensatory measures have been adopted in each instance to assure that this plan is in full compliance with the requirements of 10CFR 73.55 subject to the requests for relief numbers 1, 3, and 4 as identified in our }by 23,1977 submittal.
These requests were subcequently approved by members of your staf f at a meeting held at the Beaver Valley Power Station on July 1, 1977.
